Dynamic Space

Dynamic Space is a new concept that allows you to think of your kitchen in terms of the best ergonomic use of space. There are three key aspects to this philosophy of kitchen design.

Working areas

The kitchen is divided into five working areas that represent what you do in a kitchen. Each area is defined by its role and incorporates the modules, accessories and electrical appliances associated with it.

Provisions

This area of the kitchen stores current food items such as jam, rice and pasta, as well as refrigerated items. It also includes the pantry and refrigerator.

Storage

This area is for storing dishes, glasses and flatware. The modules and accessories used ensure easy access and storage.

Washing

This area includes the sink, dishwasher, and space for bins for sorting waste, as well as cleaning products and accessories.

Preparation

This is the main area of the kitchen. Most preparation is done here. Work utensils, cutting boards and knives, as well as spices and many other things, should be stored in immediate proximity to the countertop.

Cooking

This area is reserved for the cooking surface, oven, steamer, microwave, hood, casserole dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils and baking sheets.  Special modules are designed to integrate these items easily into the design of the kitchen.

Types of kitchens

The Dynamic Space concept is applicable to all kitchens. Depending on the requirements and room dimensions, kitchens can be designed in different shapes. There are U-shaped kitchens, island kitchens and kitchens in the shape of a G. There are also L-shaped kitchens and ones with two rows of units.

Thus, the available space is optimized in order to save movement.

Levels of storage

In principle, the items used most often should be stored in drawers under the countertop and on the lowest shelf of the top units so they are easily and quickly accessible.

Items used less frequently are stored above and below this zone. This arrangement saves you lots of time when working in the kitchen. The less often you use an item, the farther away from the countertop it should be.
